1. Who we are

AID-Sentinel is an autonomous industrial operations platform operated by AIDM. This policy explains what data we process when you visit our website or use the AID-Sentinel operations console at aidsentinel.tigerdx.asia.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, work email and profile picture, provided directly or through Google Sign-In.
• Demo requests — name, company, email and message submitted through our contact form.
• Operational data — asset, gateway, alert and agent-recommendation records created by your organisation inside the console.
• Technical data — log records, session identifiers and basic device information needed to keep the service secure.

3. Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, profile picture and email address, using the standard openid, email and profile scopes. We use this solely to create and authenticate your account. We never read, modify or store any other Google account data, and we do not sell or transfer this information to third parties for advertising.

4. How we use data

To authenticate users, apply role-based access control, deliver alerts and agent recommendations, respond to demo requests, and maintain the security, reliability and auditability of the platform. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security policies so users can only reach records belonging to their organisation and role. Every human-in-the-helm approval or rejection is recorded with the acting user and timestamp.

6. Retention

Account and operational records are retained for the duration of your subscription and for a limited period afterwards to satisfy audit obligations. Demo request records are deleted once the enquiry is closed. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf under contract, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for Google Sign-In by revoking access in your Google Account settings. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
