Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing the AID-Sentinel website or operations console you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. Access is granted by role (administrator, plant manager, engineer, operator) and must not be shared between individuals.
3. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with edge gateways or integrations belonging to other organisations, reverse engineer the platform, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or safety regulation.
4. Autonomy and human oversight
AID-Sentinel produces recommendations and automated actions from machine learning models and configured rules. These outputs are decision support, not a safety system. Actions with operational impact require human-in-the-helm approval, and you remain responsible for supervising every change applied to your plant, for maintaining your own safety interlocks, and for compliance with your site's operating procedures.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of the operational and telemetry data you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to operate and support the platform, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided on an "as is" basis. Maintenance windows, third-party outages and integration changes may interrupt access. Specific service levels apply only where agreed in a separate written contract.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost production, arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time and request deletion of your account data.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the console. Questions can be directed to the AID-Sentinel team at aidsentinel.tigerdx.asia.
